This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data processing and legal grounds
- Technical information: IP addresses, browser information, access times and security records are processed to operate the website, maintain security and prevent abuse, based on legitimate interests under Article 5/2(f), provided fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
- Support communications: Email addresses and message contents are processed to respond to requests, generally based on Article 5/2(f).
- Legal obligations: Information necessary to fulfil statutory duties is processed under Article 5/2(ç).
Data is collected electronically through website connections, server records and communications initiated by users.
Data recipients and international transfers
Relevant technical data is processed by Cloudflare for hosting and security. Support communications are processed through Google Workspace.
These services may involve processing outside Türkiye, to which the international transfer provisions of Article 9 of KVKK apply.
Information may also be disclosed to competent public authorities when legally required.
Retention and your rights
Developer-controlled technical records are retained for up to 7 days. Support emails are removed from the active mailbox within 30 days after resolution.
Statutory retention exceptions and separate provider retention rules may apply. Records of personal-data deletion operations are retained for at least 3 years where required by law.
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may request information, correction, deletion where applicable, and exercise your other statutory rights.
Requests may be initiated at support@lowinhand.com. Formal applications must follow the applicable KVKK submission and identity-verification procedures and are answered within 30 days.
